Hello everyone! I was watching my favorite show "Friends" and decided to analyze an episode called "The one with all the thanksgivings" if you have not seen the show yet, I highly recommend you do! I put five screenshots of scenes from the episode and analyzed the different angles and camera shots.  This is a medium shot and a two shot. In this scene, Chandler and Ross are washing the dishes and discussing what they will be doing after thanksgiving dinner. This scene affects the story because Chandler makes a rude comment about Monica that leads to the climax of the episode. It also shows their body language and can tell they have been friends for a long time. They also look relaxed and comfortable with one another. By the look of their outfits, you can infer the time period is in the 80's and they are at an older person's house (Ross's mom).  This is a mid over-the-shoulder shot.  Hi everyone! Welcome back to another blog post! Today I will be telling you what two classmates blog I commented on and how their camera angles made me feel.  Firstly, I commented on Amanda Prieto's post. I enjoyed her high angle medium shot. In the shot, you can clearly see that the subject is happy and enjoying her time in the environment. It definitely put a smile on my face. Also, I liked her close-up shot, she showed how the subject is smiling and happy. You can tell the subject is in good spirits. Lastly I commented on Fernando Coronel's post. I enjoyed his high angle shot, it was very cool how he showed the garden and the subject walking. It was impressive how he captured the angle. I also enjoyed his master shot. The way the subjects are fighting makes the scene very interested and made me want to watch more.

Hello again! In this blog post I will be showing five clips of different camera shots and angles. I used five different ones to show a variety of emotion, setting, and stories. Since I am still practicing they may not be perfect BUT that is more than okay! With practice comes perfection :) Enjoy the clips!  In this clip, I was trying to achieve a close-up shot to show the emotion in the eyes.  With this clip, I used an establishing shot. The purpose of this was to show where my setting is and how it looks like. Also, how it affects the other clips and provides a portion of the time it was shot.  In this clip, I used a high angle shot to establish what the actor was doing and for the watcher to get an idea of what might come next.  I used a point of view shot (POV) to show the actors viewpoint of an action they were doing.  I used a dutch angle shot to portray disorientation that the actor is going through.

I enjoy to travel, cook, and go to the beach. My favorite place to go to is Disney. The best ride is Guardians of the Galaxy in Epcot, Rise of the Resistance in hollywood studios, and Rockin Roller Coaster! The best parks are Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. My favorite movies are Spider-man with Tobey Maguire and Matilda. My favorite show is Friends but I also love Shameless, Raising hope, and Baby daddy. I also enjoy all kinds of music but my favorite artists are Harry Styles, One direction, and Taylor swift! I love concerts and I have been to over 10! That’s it for now, see you next time!
