Budgeting
Filming for our project on a tight budget can be really tough and frustrating. We often don't have enough money to get all the fancy equipment or hire professional help. This means we have to get creative and work with what we've got, which isn't always easy. We might struggle with finding good locations that fit our story because we can't afford to rent them. Also, without proper lighting equipment, our shots might not look as good as we want them to. Sometimes, we have to rely on natural light, which can be unpredictable and might not always give us the look we're going for.
Editing can be a pain too. We might not have access to expensive editing software, so we have to make do with what's available for free or cheap. This can limit our options and make it harder to achieve the effects we want. Overall, filming on a budget for our AICE media studies project can feel like trying to build a house with only half the tools. It's challenging, and we often have to get really creative to make it work.
